Use and Care

Inspect the brushed faces, rolled edges, bonded backings, and rack before use. Test one clean dry coaster in an inconspicuous area of the tabletop and place it flat with the black backing down. Center a stable drink vessel and wipe condensation or spills promptly; the shallow edge is not a sealed reservoir. Do not use as cookware protection, expose to flame, or place vessels hot enough to damage the backing, tabletop, or adhesive bond. Lift rather than slide. Hand wipe the metal with a soft damp cloth in the direction of the brushing, avoid abrasive pads, bleach, chlorine, strong acid, solvent, and soaking, then dry the metal, edge seam, backing, and rack completely. Do not place in a dishwasher or store damp. Discontinue use after sharp edges, dents, corrosion, lifted backing, adhesive transfer, wobble, or rack damage. Stainless steel and backing alone do not establish a heat rating, waterproof seal, scratch prevention, stain resistance, or compatibility with every furniture finish.
