This Shipping Policy explains how Ywjnp checks, cushions, dispatches, and tracks coaster sets ordered for delivery in Singapore. The store currently serves customers in Singapore, and checkout amounts are displayed in USD.
Before sealing a parcel, we match the coaster SKU to its listed count, shape, material, color, backing, and included sleeve, holder, or rack. Felt ovals are kept flat, acacia pieces are separated from hard contact, and brushed-steel pieces are prevented from striking one another while every storage component is restrained.
TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME
- Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM (GMT+08:00) Singapore Standard Time (Singapore).
- Handling Time / Processing Time: 1-3 Business Days, Monday-Friday, after payment is successfully authorized through Shopify Payments.
- Transit Time: 7-13 Business Days, Monday-Friday, after the order has been processed and handed to the carrier.
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8-16 Business Days, including order processing and transit.
Business Days are Monday-Friday and do not include public holidays or carrier closure dates. If information must be verified before dispatch, we may email the customer before the order moves forward.
Coaster parcels are packed according to construction rather than by appearance alone. Felt ovals stay flat and dry, acacia pieces are separated from hard contact, and brushed-steel capsules are individually protected; each sleeve, wood holder, or steel rack is restrained so it cannot strike coaster edges or surfaces. The sealed parcel is checked against the ordered SKU and exact piece count before its delivery label is applied.
SHIPPING COST
We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders within Singapore. No minimum purchase required. Standard shipping is provided at a cost of $0.00 USD for eligible orders, and the checkout Shipping field should display $0.00 USD for standard delivery.
DELIVERY AREA
Currently, we only ship to addresses within Singapore. We do not ship to international destinations, P.O. Boxes, or military addresses (APO/FPO).
Customers should review the shipping address carefully before payment, including unit number, postal code, region, and phone number when required. If delivery cannot be arranged to the address provided, we will contact the customer.
SHIPPING METHODS & COURIERS
Depending on parcel size, destination, and service availability, orders may be delivered by SingPost, Ninja Van, J&T Express, DHL, or another carrier operating in Singapore. The assigned carrier and tracking details are shown in the shipping confirmation email.
A coaster set and its listed holder are normally packed together. If an operational exception requires separate parcels, both tracking records remain part of the same order and no additional standard-shipping fee is charged.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the assigned carrier and tracking number. Use that tracking link or enter the number on the carrier's official website to review the latest available shipment status.
